I have been with BCO from the days the doors opened 40 plus years ago. Unknowing all those years ago, that I so quickly would need to take everything over, tackling every day with enthusiam was my only option. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, and knew I would rise to the challenge brought before me. I was dating Doug at the time, and he was helping with the day to day operations. Soon after, as the company was growing, Doug and I married. As the owner and president of BCO I knew there was going to be a fine balance of work-life and the Family that I wanted. I never took a day off from either, working full time at BCO to understand every aspect, to being a mother and wife to my family. I have had 2 families from the beginning, BCO and blood, I love both very much. Still to this day I love what I do, getting excited at new projects that come through the door, same as all those years ago. I greet every employee with a smile day in and day out, proud of everything my father once envisioned for our family run business. **Fun Fact** My first piece of typesetting equipment was an Itek that stored all my Information on tape cassettes.
